Ozgur “Oz” is Bayzat’s resident marketing mastermind, known throughout the company for his impeccable PowerPoint & Excel skills, wholesome dedication to making insurance cool, and forgetting to eat his work snacks before home time.
If the name wasn’t a dead giveaway, Oz hails from the land of baklava and börek – Turkey. After studying Business Administration (with a Major in Marketing) at Bilkent University, Oz went on to work with heavyweight giants P&G through Starcom as their Account Strategist and Supervisor. After 4 years in Istanbul, Oz was ready for a change – not just in challenge, but in country.
A typical day in the life of Oz includes meetings with internal and external teams on the fly, grumbling or cheering at emails they come through, and patiently listening to his content writer’s Game of Thrones theories.
When he’s not busy tweaking the Bayzat brand, you’ll find Oz sharing his love and talent for guitar on Facebook, playing football (did we mention he was a semi-professional footballer? Yeah, the guy has too many talents), or down at the gym.
